This is an exciting time to join the Deliveroo Hop team within the broader Deliveroo organisation - we’re only just getting started! The Role Our team is looking for a well-rounded analytical Category and Pricing Analyst to drive strategic Deliveroo Hop Category Management, Selection, Pricing and Promotional initiatives across our international markets (UK, Italy, Hong Kong and UAE). You will be responsible for:
- Category Management: conducting range reviews for international markets,
- Pricing: outlining and developing new processes for our pricing strategy,
- Promotions: analysing insights into promotional activities.
- Analyse, implement and recommend selection range reviews for multiple markets.
- Develop SOPs to support internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Be the pivotal touchpoint for internal customers, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable ranging plans.
- Lead design, development, improvement and maintenance of ongoing and ad-hoc Selection & Ranging, Pricing and Promotional reporting, processes and analysis.
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
- Scale automated solutions and collect stakeholder feedback to drive improvement over time.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years experience in program management, project management, data analyst, or a similar role within an e-commerce, retail or food delivery business.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Advanced Excel, SQL and Python (preferred).
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery.
