Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the talent supply of the company's foreign exchange account manager;
- Look for talents through various channels, and follow up the interview and onboarding processes;
- Optimize the interview, onboarding, and other processes to reduce staff turnover in the recruitment process;
- At least 2 years of HR working experience in the financial industry; experience in other forex platforms is preferred;
- Have an affinity, cheerful personality, and strong communication skills;
- Have keen insight and analytical judgment ability, as well as the strong ability to work under pressure;
