Job details
The Technical Services Engineer plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity, functionality, and sustainability of Emaar's built environment. The role's purpose is to leverage technical expertise to contribute to the high-quality standards, efficient maintenance, and successful implementation of projects, ultimately enhancing the value and appeal of Emaar properties.
Responsibilities:
- Apply engineering principles to address complex technical issues related to facilities management, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate technical projects from conception to completion.
- Provide technical support for the maintenance and functionality of properties, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Contribute to the management of technical assets, ensuring optimal performance and lifespan.
- Implement and support energy efficiency initiatives within facilities management operations.
- Uphold high-quality standards in all technical services, enhancing the overall functionality and appeal of Emaar properties.
- Work closely with external vendors and contractors to deliver specialized technical services, ensuring quality and compliance.
