As we prepare for the next phase of our journey, we’re looking for a Lead Account Manager to drive top-line growth and optimize supply performance in our exclusive home cleaning segment. If you are a strategic leader who thrives in high-growth environments and loves balancing analytics, leadership, and execution, this role is for you! What we expect from you:

  • Lead & Coach: Oversee and mentor a team of Account Managers, ensuring they hit targets and excel in their roles.
  • Own Supply & Performance: Manage partner relationships, optimize supply utilization, and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop Winning Strategies: Work closely with leadership to align financial goals, optimize operations, and introduce data-driven improvements.
  • Be a Data Powerhouse: Use analytics, BI tools, and Excel to track, assess, and enhance performance.
  • Align with Key Teams: Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver excellence.
  • Shape the Future: Lead special projects like van branding, international hiring, and influencer bookings.
What we are looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data analytics — you love making decisions backed by numbers.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer-facing, high-growth startups, or service industries is a plus.
