Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant at ANSAAJ | أنساج in Jeddah. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budget preparation. They will also support senior accountants in managing accounting activities and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Qualifications

  1. Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Record Maintenance skills
  2. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  3. Experience with financial software and MS Excel
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  6. Assist in Payroll processing & accounting.
  7. Issue & Maintain Invoices, Credit Notes, and Reconcile Customer & Vendor account statements.
  8. Record Purchase bills, Debit Notes, Customs charges and other direct expenses ensuring correct landed cost of products.
  9. Ensuring accuracy and timely update of data.
  10. Process Invoices, bills, and expense claims.
  11. Reconcile bank statements, cash & petty cash accounts.
  12. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
  13. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
