- Accountable for achieving sales objectives by ensuring critical field sales initiatives are developed, managed, and executed effectively in the zone marketplace and within the sales centers.
- Lead and engage a market area team to create effective sales strategies to maximize sales growth.
- Establish store-level growth plans that connect to the Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization, while building customer relationships that align with planned store-level growth goals. Communicate plans and conduct reviews quarterly or monthly with business partners to identify opportunities and action plans.
- Execute all growth opportunities to grow market share through the execution of DSDE* best practices..
- Utilize sales data tools to help drive effective decisions with the frontline salespeople as well as drive brand growth with customers through the acquisition of new space and displays.

- 7+ years of experience in all aspects of food sales or comparable industry.
- Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility.
- Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
- Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Bilingual - English/Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
