About Job We are currently seeking Graduate Engineers, reporting directly to the Discipline Manager, to join our team based in Doha, Qatar. As a Graduate Engineer , you will engage in a structured two-year training program designed to enhance your professional skills and knowledge. The selected candidate will be assigned to a specific discipline based on their career aspirations, where they will participate in hands-on projects and receive mentorship from experienced professionals. About You

Bachelor's/Master’s Engineering degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Chemical) from an accredited institution.
Recent graduation or upcoming graduation within the past two years.
Strong academic record and demonstrated achievement in coursework and extracurricular activities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset.
Adaptability and flexibility to work in diverse environments and roles.
