Job Description

  • Interviewing Applicants: Conducting interviews to verify eligibility for entry, residence, or naturalization.
  • Analyze and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance, ensuring all submissions meet regulatory standards.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and stakeholders, offering expert guidance and support on processing matters.
  • Providing Assistance: Offering information and guidance to the public regarding immigration procedures and laws.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in processing roles, showcasing a proven track record of handling complex transactions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Law background preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
