We are a leading technology, business media, and event platform based in the UAE, and we are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee HR, administration, operations, and events. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO to provide support and assist with various tasks and requests
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes for both domestic and international business trips
- Assist in managing the yearly summit and other events in coordination with the Event Coordinator
- Handle HR-related tasks such as managing staff files, overseeing the hiring process, tracking annual leaves, and other employee matters
- Manage company renewals, including leases, trade licenses, parking, and more
- Oversee the general operations of the company and collaborate with all departments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries for the CEO
- Be available for business travel when required
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles
- A Western or European passport is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
