Card Business Development Senior Specialist

Bybit Card team is looking to add a seasoned professional who will spearhead the establishment of partnerships with global brands to ensure growth of Bybit Card and its recognition on a global scale. The senior business development specialist will have an immediate network they could tap into, as well as solid cold calling sales skills to reach out to relevant contacts outside of their network. Partnerships will need to be cultivated and cared for holistically: from imagining the appropriate angle and striking commercial deals, to execution of product customizations and operation of joint marketing campaigns, finally to the analysis of the generated data and determination of further steps. Business Development Sr Specialist will report to Head of Bybit Card Marketing and will be part of Bybit Card marketing force and will participate in design and operations of non-partner campaigns to support the work of the marketing team. Key Responsibilities
  1. Determine partnership strategies for relevant industry sectors and map out approaches that could work with each of them, against the KPIs set for the team.
  2. Build the pipeline of partnership candidates in the identified target sectors and geographies, prepare necessary sales materials and templates to ensure your work can be performed at scale.
  3. Manage the full cycle of partnership deals:
  4. Identify partnership opportunity, prepare ROI and financial models as appropriate, get the buy-in of internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Close the deal and arrange for necessary legal agreements.
  6. Work with the product teams and other internal stakeholders to implement the partnership functions as necessary.
  7. Execute joint marketing and PR campaigns, by tapping into internal and external resources, to advance partnership potential.
  8. Monitor the progress of partnership and measure the results, come up with corrective actions as appropriate.
  9. Assist Bybit Card marketing team in regular campaigns execution, even if they do not involve partnerships.
Requirements
  1. Partnership experience in fintech is strongly preferred, broad financial industry experience will also be considered. Relevant work experience of 5-7 years is expected.
  2. Ability to operate independently and achieve broad strategic goals without daily guidance from your immediate superior.
  3. You are an accomplished business development professional, and understand how to engage with external stakeholders and strike commercial deals that advance our agenda and align with the expectations of the partners to balance the interests of all involved parties.
  4. You speak, read and write English in a professional, nearly fluent manner. Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication skills. You know how to manage multiple stakeholders across different teams / cultural and language backgrounds, who do not report to you or your team lead, can build and maintain horizontal connections.
  6. Prepared to learn on the job and undertake a wide variety of tasks within the operations team.
