Skills The successful applicant should have the following:
- Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of solid and demonstrable experience teaching Primary level, ideally within a PYP Curriculum School, however this is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the IB and/or NCfE and GCSE frameworks and subjects is preferred.
- A growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to ensure high performance for all.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and their families
- Professional commitment to becoming a High Performance Learning Global Lead Teacher
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
- Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills
