Senior Solutions Consultant Dubai Software Startup Are you a Senior Solutions Consultant ready to make an impact at a fast growing, innovative company that are rapidly growing across the Middle East? What you’ll do:
  1. Manage relationships with customer technical staff functions to understand their requirements and challenges effectively.
  2. Qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer technical requirements, decision-making processes, and underlying demand drivers.
  3. Create compelling presentations that demonstrate to technical as well as business decision-makers how the company effectively solves pain points.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from presales to implementation.
  5. Understand the competitive landscape and position the company's solutions effectively against competitors.
  6. Collaborate with other sales engineers, leaders, and cross-functional technical groups to ensure a consistent and effective approach to solution application and development.
The Experience you bring:
  1. 5+ years of client-facing experience with a strong technical aptitude and presentation skills, and/or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. An additional 2+ years of field sales or customer consulting experience is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of integration technologies with a focus on API management, data management, and real-time integration.
  4. Experience with other iPaaS, API Management, or Master Data Management vendors is a significant advantage.
  5. Integration experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Fusion, Netsuite, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IFS and others is also an advantage.
  6. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand, design, and validate system architectures that are relevant in modern enterprise environments.
  7. Ability to uncover customer needs and articulate the business value of solutions effectively.
  8. Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to a wide variety of audiences, both in terms of responsibility and technical acumen.
