Job details

The Electrical Supervisor will oversee electrical maintenance activities and supervise a team of electricians. The role requires a knowledgeable and experienced individual with strong leadership abilities. The Electrical Supervisor will collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and operations, to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems. Responsibilities

Supervise a team of electricians and ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
Schedule and assign tasks to electricians based on priorities and deadlines.
Inspect and maintain electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective resolutions.
Monitor the performance of electrical systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Collaborate with other departments to support the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems.
Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities.
Train and mentor electricians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Stay informed about advancements in electrical technology and best practices.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as an electrical supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
