Our team of passionate professionals is dedicated to making the immigration journey smoother, faster, and more efficient. We are expanding and looking for a dynamic Internal Recruiter to join our growing team. Position Overview: As an Internal Recruiter at Ignite Immigration, you will play a critical role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with Sales Managers to identify new Sales Agents, and ensure that we build a team of highly skilled Sales Agents who are passionate about immigration services. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, internal channels).
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience.
- Proven experience as an internal recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Experience in recruitment within immigration, real estate or financial services a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
