Sales Operations Coordinator for the National Housing Project in Al Ain . This role is crucial in supporting the sales team , ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process. Location: Al Ain, UAE Job Description: Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Assist Relationship Managers in handling beneficiary inquiries, tracking their progress, and ensuring timely documentation submission.
- Monitor and track sales transactions , ensuring all stages from unit selection to SPA signing are completed efficiently.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping within the CRM system, updating beneficiary details, sales status, and approvals.
- Generate and analyze monthly sales and performance reports , providing insights into sales trends and client progress.
- Coordinate with the finance team to track payments, commissions, and loan approvals.
- Oversee the document verification process , ensuring all required paperwork (e.g., Emirates ID, financial documents) meets compliance standards.
- Assist in inventory management , ensuring the availability of unit listings and accurate tracking of sold and reserved units.
- Maintain efficient communication with the sales and finance teams, ensuring seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales operations, real estate administration, customer support, or CRM management.
- Strong computer skills , with proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and data reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in English , with strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Based in Al Ain.
