Architect

We are looking for a talented and passionate Architect to join our team with G=! or G+4 license. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing innovative and sustainable architectural solutions for our clients. You will work remotely, collaborating with our team, and leveraging your skills to deliver high-quality designs and plans. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop architectural designs for a variety of projects, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and sustainable designs.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, as well as 3D models and renders.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site assessments and surveys, as needed, to inform project development.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making revisions as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction processes, and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote collaboration effectively.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
