About the Role nybl is looking for highly strategic and data-driven sales & business development leaders to join a team that is currently democratizing AI and deploying incredible solutions across the region. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about prospecting and cultivating a strong sales pipeline. This person must be experienced with a consultative, insight-based sales approach within the AI/ML sector and possess a proven track record of growing sales and exceeding annual quotas. You will need to have a solid track record in a competitor organization and be willing to scale rapidly as nybl grows. Our BD Managers demonstrate skills associated with a high-performance sales culture – especially pipeline management, lead generation, contact network development, and delivering results against quotas. What you’ll do
- Build a strong understanding of AI/ML technology and related industry developments.
- Define and deploy AI/ML campaigns and work with product and dev teams to implement them.
- Identify opportunities, driving AI technology innovations and building strong relationships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to formulate, negotiate, and execute key partnership deals.
- Hands-on sales leader (“player-coach”) who will manage their own deals as well as hiring and onboarding others.
- Leverage existing relationships to deliver nybl’s advanced and flexible offerings.
- A blend of curiosity, analytical thinking, creativity, adaptability, and a relentlessness to drive projects to completion.
- Proactive, solutions-first thinker who is action-oriented and continuously seeks process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities while staying flexible, organized, and humble along the way.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with C-suite Executives, Board of Directors, investors, and various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to give timely and meaningful counsel to senior management.
- An exceptional client list with established relationships is essential.
