Job Title: Project Manager (Plumbing) About the Role: This is a Project Manager position in the Plumbing field. • This is a full-time position with a growing stable company.
• Pay rate up to $48/hr.
• Leadership with growth opportunities.

• Coordinating and communicating with Construction Manager, Architect, and GC to meet requirements.
• Handling projects completely from start to finish (estimating, managing all aspects of the projects, asking for referrals, and making sales).
• Work closely with Assistant PM to create and maintain bids, files, estimating, and project reports.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, requesting referrals.
• Managing budgets and schedules so jobs are completed on time.
• Providing estimates or bids for industrial and commercial HVAC construction and retrofit projects.
• Managing projects to achieve milestones.
• Communicating with project sponsor, owner, and funding board on progress.

• 5+ years of Plumbing experience, estimating, and budget management (pre-bid meetings/walkthroughs).
• Budgeting experience related to commercial/industrial plumbing jobs is required ($5MM and up).
• Communication with Architect, owner, contractors, and engineers.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and online GC software is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints/schematics.
• Knowledge of pipe fitting, drains, evaporative coolers, and sprinkler equipment.
• Experience in fixing, cutting, and installing piping and pipe fitting, diagnosing, servicing and repairing plumbing, and drain cleaning.
• Physical requirement: ability to move and lift 75 lbs.

• Open to experienced Project Managers with 5+ years of Plumbing and Construction experience.
