AND YOU ARE

1. A seasoned Site Reliability Engineer/DevOps Engineer with a strong background in automating and optimizing infrastructure and deployment processes (4+ years).
2. Proficient in Terraform and CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab, with experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
3. Familiar with both relational and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
4. Experienced with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
5. Proficient in messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
6. Knowledgeable about security best practices and compliance, especially related to PCI standards.
7. Skilled in scripting languages such as Python or Bash to automate tasks and improve processes.
8. Familiar with monitoring tools like the ELK stack to ensure system reliability and performance.
9. Driven by a passion for fintech innovation and eager to contribute to our mission-driven startup environment.

5. Monitor system health and swiftly troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
6. Stay at the forefront of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in our fintech solutions.
