Are you a Mechanical Engineer with experience in projects and process improvement within a production environment? An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join a team in Liverpool – on a permanent basis. About the organisation: You will be working for a leading pharmaceutical organisation that specialises in the development of aseptic products. About the Job: As Lead Mechanical Engineer you will be involved in plant modifications and engineering projects to meet strategic performance targets.
- You will also provide technical leadership within the process and reliability engineering department.
- You will support process improvement projects linked to the site's production areas.
- You will plan all process engineering activities on site.
- Chartered engineer or expected to be working towards
- Recent Team Leadership experience required
- Production engineering experience.
- Process improvement project experience.
- Broad engineering knowledge and experience, including End to End Primary/ Fill Finish and Utilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Lead complex cross-functional process changes (independently).
