Supervisor - Mandurah

The Company: This is an opportunity to work for an innovative and family values driven business which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience. They've been operating for 25 years across the project and custom homes space, delivering builds from $350k, up to $1.5m. Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Site Supervisor to manage 25-30 homes, across the Mandurah region. The Role: Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility for:

1. Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes
2. Allocate materials and trades to job sites
3. Ensure timely construction of new homes
4. Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
5. Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
6. Maintain and updating company systems
7. Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
8. Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:

1. 1 Years+ experience working as a Site Supervisor residential home builder
2. A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
