All Hallows' School is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Manager to join our team in a newly created full-time role. About Us All Hallows’ School, steeped in a proud tradition of Mercy values, is renowned for its commitment to excellence in education and its vibrant, supportive community. With an exciting vision for the future, this new position will play a pivotal role in supporting the school’s philanthropic objectives, including donor engagement, enhancing our bursary programs, and developing our campus through capital campaigns. About the Role As Development Manager, you will be responsible for advancing the school’s fundraising and donor stewardship activities. Working closely with the Director of Community Relations and Development, the Principal, and key stakeholders, you will:

  1. Implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the school’s goals.
  2. Manage and enhance donor pipelines, ensuring a tailored and engaging donor experience.
  3. Drive donor stewardship efforts, cultivating strong, long-term relationships with supporters.
  4. Identify and engage with new and existing donors and partners to grow philanthropic support.
  5. Assist with planning and delivery of campaigns, events, and initiatives that inspire giving.
  6. Be familiar with strategic insights and trends in the philanthropic landscape.
About You To excel in this role, you will have:
  1. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  3. Proven experience in developing and executing successful fundraising strategies or possess and can demonstrate transferable skills.
  4. Expertise in donor stewardship, including the management and enhancement of donor pipelines.
  5. A strong understanding of relationship development.
  6. Knowledge of the philanthropic landscape would be a decided advantage.
