Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Contract) Location: London (Up to 3 days a week) Contract Length: 6-12 months Start Date: ASAP Day Rate: £400-£500 (Outside IR35) Are you a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a passion for solving challenging technical problems and improving development processes? We’re partnering with an AI-focused start-up to find a talented engineer who will play a critical role in transforming their development practices and delivering a scalable, high-quality product. You’ll be hands-on with the codebase while also bringing your expertise in setting up efficient development environments and improving engineering workflows. If you love working in fast-paced start-up environments and thrive on improving SaaS products, then this will be a brilliant opportunity for you. What You’ll Bring:
- 5-7 years as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, ideally with start-up experience (AI sector preferred).
- Strong expertise in Python, React, AWS, and Django.
- A track record of improving engineering practices, including implementing processes that enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and setting up stable cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
