About The Project: John Holland has been awarded the $500m Western Treatment Plant Upgrade for Melbourne Water. We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join us on this exciting project based in Werribee, VIC. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on a major civil infrastructure project. Responsibilities of the role include:

1. Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
3. Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
4. Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project
5. Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures
6. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met
7. Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
8. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits
9. Manage the allocation of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment
10. Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems, reporting and procedure
