You will take full responsibility for financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and cash flow management while leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team. About You We are seeking a proven CFO / financial leader with a track record of success in financial services / financial sectors or similar environments. You will possess exceptional technical skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a dynamic and expanding organisation. Key Criteria:

1. A minimum of 15+ years’ accounting and financial leadership experience in the Financial Services Industry.
2. Permanent residency in Australia.
3. Proven success in a CFO or senior finance executive role within Financial Services.
4. Expertise in consolidations (proportional and statutory), cash flow management, and advanced financial modelling.
5. M&A exposure, particularly in due diligence and deal structuring.
6. A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to mentor and manage teams.
7. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
8. Strong technical accounting background and the ability to deliver timely, accurate reporting.
