The Role As a Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for consumer enquiries and complaints, working to resolve issues in the energy and water sectors. This full-time role offers variety, purpose, and opportunities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Part-time work can be considered. What You’ll Bring
- Contact center experience: Proven ability to handle calls and assist customers with complaints efficiently within specified timeframes.
- Growth mindset: Be a self-starter with a genuine desire to assist in resolving customer complaints, demonstrating composure, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
- Collaboration: Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment, share ideas and work in a close-knit team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage competing priorities, learn from feedback, and perform well under pressure.
- Technical proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, strong touch-typing ability, and effortlessly navigate multiple systems and software at the same time.
- Excellent communication skills: Highly developed verbal, written, and listening abilities.
- Impartiality and attention to detail: Strong time management, administrative, and accurate record-keeping skills and ability to service our consumers in an impartial manner.
