- Take responsibility for engaging with prospective customers at our display homes.
- Qualify customers and progress them through a defined path specific to their budget, design & lifestyle requirements.
- Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations
- Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers and engage the client by providing value.
- Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
- Collaborate cross functionally with all departments within Weeks Homes to deliver complete and correct documentation
- Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor
- Experience working in a similar role – preferably within new home sales
- Strong sales background with high ambition to achieve results
- An outgoing personality with the ability to be engaging – people want to talk to you
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills, can you think outside the square to achieve an outcome?
- Most importantly ….. a passion for helping people
- Availability to work Saturday - Wednesday, including public holidays
