Job Description As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy and ensuring the continued growth and success of the business. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping their financial future, managing budgets, overseeing financial reporting, and providing strategic insights. Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
2. Providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team, supporting business decisions with data-driven insights.
3. Oversight of the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and data integrity.
4. Driving efficiency and profitability through careful analysis and optimisation of costs.
5. Supporting growth initiatives and working closely with the Executive leadership team.
6. Ad hoc project-related work.

The Successful Applicant CA/CPA qualified, you will have extensive financial experience in a senior finance role ideally within the retail or product-related services background. You will possess strong influential and analytical skills and be commercially savvy. Not afraid to roll up your sleeves, you will be a self-starter that leads by example and has proven experience across process improvement and streamlining reporting frameworks, and most importantly, developing internal and external commercial relationships.
