Superintendent

Location: Mozambique About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipeline welding Superintendent to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects and optimising production processes or other operational matters. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute project plans to ensure seamless progress
• Lead the daily management of the project or specific parts of it
• Champion safety and ensure all results meet top-notch quality standards
• Collaborate with an international team to deliver prestigious projects

Job Requirements:

• Operational experience as a Superintendent or similar role
• Expertise in welding pipelines and understanding the high standards involved
• Knowledge of foundation construction or specific expertise in this area
• Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire your team
• Experience in above-ground infrastructure (oil and gas pipelines)
• Decisive and strategic thinker with a helicopter view
• Excellent conversational partner with strong interpersonal skills
