The Opportunity We are seeking experienced, organised, and motivated client-focused Site Managers to join us. Currently, we have 2 positions across Northern Suburbs, looking after builds in Donnybrook, Beveridge and surrounding areas. Immediate Start available for the right person. The Role
- Successfully deliver quality Homes for our Clients
- Scheduling Trades and Subcontractors on site
- Ensuring OH&S obligations are met weekly
- Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
- Liaising with clients and delivering great customer service
- Monitoring and controlling ETS budget
- Minimum 12 - 24 Months Experience in Site Managing.
- Strong Ability to Manage the Building Process from start to finish
- You are willing to be a team player
- Motivated and driven
- A customer-focused person, with good communication skills and
- a positive can-do attitude
- Have a good Trades base
