The Opportunity As a talented Sales Manager joining our thriving Partnerships team, you'll have an exciting opportunity to open and develop long-lasting relationships with a wide and varied audience of recruitment industry service providers. We're sure you’ll love talking to and meeting with new clients about our many tailored events and content opportunities that will maximise their presence in front of our community members. Especially as they always get a superb service and gain huge value. Whilst we have a office based in London for work and social collaboration, we operate a hybrid home/office working model. About You We are looking for an enthusiastic Partnerships Manager to join our passionate team. To be a great match you will have: - Several years of experience in consultative selling, ideally within the recruitment, events or media industry - High motivation, goal-orientated, and capable of working independently with a supportive team alongside you - Built and managed active account pipelines through strong, long-lasting relationships with multiple clients whilst delivering a 360 account management service - Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions that provide real value - Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities - Confidence in working with senior management & decision-makers - A highly sociable personality – you’ll enjoy meetings and events - A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, with the desire to grow and excel in a fun and enthusiastic environment About Us We're a growing team of talented people delivering over 40 thought-leading live and virtual events each year ranging from 2,000-strong exhibitions and high-profile glitzy awards, to exclusive networking events and highly influential webinars.
