The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality. Workshop Manager – Port Hedland Toll Group is seeking a committed Workshop Manager for our new Port Hedland Workshop. The role involves overseeing workshop performance, vehicle and equipment maintenance, cost recovery, quality, and compliance. You will ensure the workshop operates safely, efficiently, and meets customer expectations while fostering staff development, maximising profitability, and promoting safety and continuous improvement. Strong trade knowledge, communication skills, flexibility, and expertise in workshop operations are essential. This leadership role combines customer service excellence and operational efficiency, requiring high standards and a focus on safe and effective site management. What We Offer –
