SALES SUPPORT ADVISOR Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Sales Support Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Perth. ROLE: Sales Support Advisor SALARY: £14.79 p/h, circa £28,400 per annum JOB TYPE: Ongoing contract LOCATION: Perth (PH1) HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working – currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position . THE ROLE:
- You will be responsible for processing all new and renewing business energy supply tenders.
- You will work in different areas such as such as pricing, contract retention, renewals, contract administration and securing contracts into our Evolve system.
- It will be your responsibility to accurately log, quote and accept high volumes of electricity and gas contracts within the commercial sector as well as ad hoc pieces of work.
- You will need some customer service skills to provide a flexible service to both internal and external customers. Being an excellent rapport builder and communicator is essential as you will be working with all levels.
- Excellent phone manners and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, (Word and Excel) is essential.
- Previous experience of working within a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Training will be provided.
