What You’ll Do

• Lead Architectural Strategy Spearhead technical and architectural decisions, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
• Hands-On Development Stay closely connected to the codebase, setting coding standards, mentoring engineers, and contributing code directly when needed.
• Innovate for AI Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to position Fraim’s core technology for the rapidly evolving AI landscape, with a focus on agent-based applications.
• Provide Technical Leadership Guide both local and remote teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
• Ensure Security & Compliance Uphold quality standards and drive compliance with industry-leading security protocols (ISO27001, SOC2), ensuring trust and reliability in our solutions.

Your Experience & Expertise

• Backend Engineering Mastery You bring a formidable background in backend development, with a history of solving complex technical challenges at scale.
• Scalable SaaS Experience in leading or significantly contributing to the architecture of large-scale SaaS products.
• Security Frameworks Strong understanding of ISO27001 and SOC2, ensuring solutions meet stringent security and compliance requirements.
• Agent-Based Architectures A keen interest and proven ability to design novel, agent-based systems that push the boundaries of AI applications.
• Team Leadership Demonstrated success in guiding diverse, distributed teams through complex projects, balancing both technical depth and strategic vision.
