- Degree in Social Work, Nursing or other Allied Health Professions
- NDISWS and WWCC
- Driver’s License
- Act as a primary contact point, offering a warm, non-judgmental listening ear and expert guidance.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each individual's unique situation and needs.
- Provide informed referrals, connecting people with the right services and supports.
- Maintain ongoing communication with service users and providers, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey.
- Champion the ethos of personalized, strengths-based care, striving to make every service interaction as if it were for a friend or loved one.
