We are searching for an experienced Residential Property Manager, or an Assistant who is keen to begin their Property Management career, to effectively manage and maximise the performance of residential properties within the Wellington & Reeves portfolio.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Landlord & Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with landlords & tenants, address their inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues promptly while ensuring adherence to leasing agreements.
- Property Maintenance: Regularly inspect properties, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and ensure properties are in excellent condition, both aesthetically and functionally.
- Legal Compliance: Stay informed about local and state housing regulations, and ensure properties comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Property Management Registration
- Ability to work in a team
