Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resource to lead our HR team and drive our people strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that support business objectives and drive employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
  2. Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance
  3. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices
  4. Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to drive their professional development
  5. Partner with department heads to identify and address talent needs, and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  6. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to inform business decisions
  7. Develop and oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive culture
  8. Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on handling employee-related matters
  9. Oversee the performance management process and provide coaching and support to managers to drive employee development and growth
  10. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in the HR landscape
  11. Oversee the administration of employee benefits and ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  12. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
  13. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all HR matters
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
  4. Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
  5. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  8. Proven experience in employee engagement and developing a positive and inclusive culture
  9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
  10. Experience in the technology industry or with remote teams is a plus
