Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu As a Solutions Architect, you will provide technical consultancy and architectural guidance to internal teams and customers, contributing to business growth. Collaborating with Business Sales teams and stakeholders, you'll design solutions that deliver value and align with customer needs. Your role will involve supporting the sales process with technical insights, assisting in identifying opportunities for innovation and revenue growth, and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. Building strong relationships internally and externally is essential, as is contributing to process improvements and ensuring efficient solution delivery. Our preference is to connect with Christchurch Solutions Architects, however we are open to Auckland for the right candidate. Key Qualifications:
- Relevant technical tertiary qualifications or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in technical pre-sales, preferably as a Solutions Architect in telecommunications
- Awareness of the SME, Corporate & Government markets, with an understanding of telecommunications products and services, including but not limited to, SDWAN, IPWAN, LAN/WLAN, Private & Public Cloud, however we don't expect you to know all of this!
- Ability to present solutions in a digestible way, and selling our product
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks in high-pressure environments
- Desirable: Certifications in design architecture or best practices
- Design industry-leading technical solutions that meet customer needs and deliver a high-quality experience.
- Ensure consistent engagement between Solutions, Sales, Technology, and Customers.
- Opportunity to participate in complex bids and RFPs.
- Contribute to product development, network records, cost optimisation, and process improvements.
