We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead BA . In this role, you will be:

1. Collaborating with stakeholders, such as business users, project managers, and development teams, to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
2. Analysing and prioritizing requirements based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints.
3. Developing wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visually represent the proposed solutions and user interfaces.
4. Collaborating with design and development teams to ensure that requirements are well understood and effectively implemented.
5. Working closely with technical architects and development teams to design the technical aspects of the solution.
6. Identifying dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of the proposed solutions.
7. Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and effectively communicated.
8. Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
9. Participating in project meetings, providing updates on requirements status, and addressing any issues or risks.
10. Supporting the testing and quality assurance activities by reviewing test plans and test cases and validating that the implemented solutions meet the defined requirements.
11. Acquiring a deep understanding of the business domain, industry trends, and technological advancements relevant to the organization.
12. Staying updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to make informed decisions and recommendations.
