Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in managing the Renewals function within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Service Contracts, including their creation, amendment, and renewal processes. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Renewals, to streamline and automate contract management processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for optimizing Salesforce functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce, particularly focusing on the Renewals process, Service Contracts, and automation of lifecycle management.
  • Service Contract Management: Implement processes and best practices for the creation, amendment, and renewal of Service Contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Process Automation: Develop and maintain Salesforce automation, including flows, process builders, and Apex triggers, to support the full contract lifecycle.
  • Custom Object & Integration Management: Create custom objects, fields, workflows, and integrations related to the Renewals function, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaboration with Business Units: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams to identify and implement system enhancements that support contract renewals, customer retention, and improved customer experience.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce by implementing validation rules and processes for contract management and renewal.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and optimize the Salesforce platform, identifying opportunities for enhancements, better automation, and scalability of the Renewals function.
  • User Support and Training: Provide ongoing user support, training, and documentation to ensure proper usage of the contract and renewal systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Contracts, Renewals, and Customer Success processes.
  • Hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and managing Salesforce functionalities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flow Builder.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Contract Management systems is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud and related features.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, object relationships, and best practices for Service Contracts and Renewals.
  • Expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder and Flows.
  • Experience integrating third-party applications with Salesforce through APIs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design creative solutions for complex business processes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in system development.
