Senior Manager, Climate Reporting

About the role This role is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of climate-related reporting, ensuring TSB fulfils its regulatory reporting obligations under the legislation and the associated climate standards issued by the External Reporting Board. Who are you? You will have sound knowledge of climate-related reporting concepts and processes, including scenario analysis, with the ability to communicate those with clarity to non-experts. Ideally, you will have a finance/risk and modelling background that is comfortable navigating across divisions to achieve buy-in and deliver on outcomes. You will be self-driven and motivated to take ownership of the climate-related reporting process to ensure TSB is and remains compliant with associated legislative obligations. The ability to build good working relationships and engage and influence effectively across all levels is important for this role to be successful. In this role, you can expect to:- Work closely and collaboratively with the Head of Sustainability.
- Engage with colleagues that are responsible for day-to-day activities under each of the four climate-related disclosure (CRD) pillars.
- Draft the annual TSB Climate Statement and lead the annual Climate Statement through Executive and Board level approval processes.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent.
- 7+ years' experience in banking, insurance or similar financial services institutions.
- Prior experience in climate reporting, emissions reporting and/or funds reporting (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
