1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing
3. Hands-on experience with TikTok marketing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Google Ads (mandatory)
4. Creative problem-solver with an analytical mindset to measure and improve campaign performance
5. Experience with marketing automation tools and CMS
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
