Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large data to provide actionable insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide meaningful analysis and recommendations.
  • Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization through advanced data analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or issues in the data.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively with stakeholders, particularly the UK-based team, to guide business actions.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed.
  • Upload and manage products on multiple international e-commerce platforms by preparing data files.
  • Conduct web scraping to gather relevant data from websites, including e-commerce platforms, competitor websites, and other sources, for in-depth analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including the use of formulas like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis , and visualization tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal , with the ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and the UK-based team.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Web Scraping to extract information from competitor websites for competitor analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think critically about data.
  • Experience with data cleaning, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, multi-regional team, particularly with international teams such as those in the UK.
  • Familiarity with statistical software and programming languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
