You will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and contribute to the Company's growth objectives. You will be a driving force behind the marketing success, orchestrating innovative campaigns, nurturing media relationships, and contributing to the brand's growth trajectory. Job Responsibilities

  • Initiating and placing certain Company personnel in local media that will add to the awareness and prestige of the Company
  • Acting as an intermediate officer between the Company and the press to answer all media inquiries
  • Publicize special rates and packages to market through press release, direct mail, brochures, flyer distribution, etc.
  • Package special events to build awareness of the Company and its facilities in order to bring potential guests into the Company
  • Assist to develop, implement, promote and publicize programmes and/or special events designed to attract and meet the needs of markets targeted by the Sales and Marketing Department
  • Ensure that all marketing communications, including online and offline, adhere to data protection legislation
  • Use a range of marketing tactics including events, online, print activities, public relations, and communications
  • Provide writing and editing support for all outbound member communication including all promotional materials, website content, and a monthly newsletter
  • Responsible for producing marketing communications collateral, product launches, internal events, and exhibitions
  • Devising and implementing marketing timelines and budgets
  • Compile and update direct mailing list for all special interest groups to sell special packages, events, and weekend rates
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in Marketing or any related disciplines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in creating and developing integrated marketing programs with a minimum of 5 years' experience preferably gained from in-house marketing communications teams in sizable firms or multinational companies
  • Meticulous, excellent time management, and a good multitasker
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Photoshop
  • Working experience from at least Hospitality/F&B/Aviation Industry is a must to apply for this job
  • Travel may be required.
