Job Description
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for weaving machines and equipment.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Monitor the performance of weaving machines to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Analyze machine downtime data and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Diagnosing and repairing faulty equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
- Using advanced techniques to predict potential failures and schedule maintenance accordingly.
- Installing new equipment and ensuring its proper functioning.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues with machinery and systems.
- Adhering to safety regulations and ensuring that equipment is operated safely.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Overseeing maintenance budgets and implementing cost-saving measures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Textile maintenance is a MUST.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Strong technical knowledge of weaving machinery and equipment.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
