About the firm Citrin Cooperman is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Senior for the firm's India office. We are a growing, nationally recognized full-service accounting, tax, and consulting firm with over 1,350 partners and staff and 17 offices. • Lead due diligence procedures for securitization transactions, focusing on assessing loan portfolios.
• Analyze financial data, legal documents, and other relevant materials to evaluate risk and compliance.
• Coordinate with engagement team and stakeholders to prepare tailored due diligence reports.
• Present findings and make recommendations to client management.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on due diligence and securitizations.
• Demonstrated experience with testing credit worthiness across various asset classes.
• Proven analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.

• Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Experience with collateral testing and risk assessment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
