Rust Developer (Blockchain Tooling)

We are looking for a skilled Rust Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in blockchain development to join our team. If you have a passion for building cutting-edge blockchain tools and infrastructure, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize blockchain tooling and infrastructure using Rust
• Work on smart contract frameworks, node clients, cryptographic libraries, and decentralized protocols
• Implement efficient, secure, and scalable solutions for blockchain projects
• Debug, optimize, and contribute to open-source blockchain tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including protocol engineers, security experts, and DevOps

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Rust development for blockchain projects
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms
• Experience with Substrate, Solana, Near, or similar blockchain frameworks
• Proficiency in async programming, multithreading, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies, decentralized applications (dApps), and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) concepts is a plus
• Contributions to open-source Rust or blockchain projects are highly valued
