Job Title: Supply Chain Executive Location : Raipur, Chhattisgarh Role Overvie w: The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing and improving the entire supply chain process, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of materials from suppliers to production to delivery. You will play a key role in optimizing inventory levels, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Planning & Coordination:
- Develop and execute strategies for procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Work closely with internal teams (production, sales, and marketing) to forecast demand and plan accordingly.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to meet customer needs.
- Identify and build relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply chain issues related to quality, price, or delivery.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Track inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems and processes to minimize stock-outs or overstocking.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Optimize logistics to ensure cost-effective delivery while meeting customer timelines.
- Work with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, lead times, and inventory turnover.
- Use data to inform decision-making and drive improvements across the supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and process optimization.
- Implement lean supply chain practices and drive automation where applicable.
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency, reducing lead times, and improving customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company-specific requirements.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with ERP and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Marg).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Industry Prefer ence: FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care, D2C Brands, Manufacturing.
