Exp Level: 5+ Industry: IT Services (only) Location: Infopark (Kochi) Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will support business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and helping to convert leads into long-term partnerships. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive revenue and meet company goals. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, target segments, and emerging trends
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels (cold-calling, email campaigns, networking, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, marketing) to develop effective strategies for client acquisition
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools
- Contribute to achieving revenue targets through consistent lead conversion and client retention efforts
- Prior experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the IT consulting or services industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
- Ability to identify and engage potential clients effectively
- Understanding of basic market dynamics and business strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
