Job Location: Gurgaon What you'll be doing: We're looking for an experienced Solution Lead to drive technical excellence and lead complex cloud integration projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for technical architecture, team leadership, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions across cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS environment and related technologies, with a passion for delivering innovation in the Media and Advertising sector. Key responsibilities: • Own the technical solution design and architecture for a product, ensuring it meets client needs and technical requirements. • Lead client interactions, including requirements gathering, design sessions, and solution presentations. • Translate client needs into detailed technical specifications for the engineering team. • Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to deliver the solution, providing technical guidance and resolving roadblocks. • Estimate effort, contribute to project planning, and track progress against plans. • Ensure the solution aligns with industry best practices and company standards for scalability, security, and performance. • Possess strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and relevant programming languages (Java, Python, C++). • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts clearly. • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions What you'll need: • 15+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level product/platform solutions • At least 5 years of experience in building cloud-native solutions on any public cloud platform • At least 3 years of experience in a Tech leadership role, working with key tech and business stakeholders • Experience in setting up solution architecture guidelines and processes is highly preferred • Strong communication skills, especially in a remote setting are essential • Ability to work with minimal inputs and navigating complexities in a multi-stakeholder environment is essential Technical Skills • Expert-level experience in enterprise architecture, cloud computing (GCP), DevOps, and software development • Experience in designing scalable solutions for complex business problems • Knowledge of integration patterns, microservices, and API management • Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance frameworks • Strong experience with Git and GitHub workflows, including CI/CD pipelines • Proven track record of implementing complex system integrations across cloud platforms Leadership & Soft Skills • Strong architectural thinking and ability to make sound technical decisions • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly • Proven ability to drive technical initiatives • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Nice to Have • Experience with other major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) • Knowledge of API design and REST principles • Contributions to open-source projects • Relevant technical certifications (GCP, Kubernetes, etc.) Who you are: You’re open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
